Hope came to me by way of Grace – my client, who referred her! ;-) Two gorgeous Auburn college students (about to be graduates if not already) in a row!

We had some beautiful dreamy light to work with (notice there were rainbows following this girl around) – as well as some pretty orange and pink flowers blooming, which happened to perfectly complement one of Hope’s dresses. I absolutely LOVED everything she wore, from the creamy lace dress with cowboy boots to a chic little striped skirt number (love that blue belt!) that looked like it came from Ruche to a casual, stylish spring dress – the girl has some serious style! I do have to give a lot of credit to her mom, who played a major part in the shopping! She did the best job of putting together outfits and getting a great variety of looks that were all so flattering on Hope.

And her dog! Oh my goodness, how cute is he? I just adored that sweet baby!

I really can’t say enough good things about this session, but hopefully the images will show how lovely it was…

In my most recent post were images from the first part of Grace’s session…since she needed two different looks, we did the first half of her shoot in a field for more of a dreamy/natural/casual feel, and then she changed clothes and we finished up indoors for a more polished style for her to use on her online resume website she’s working on. I loved them both! Loved working with Grace! She was a breeze to shoot…plus, she had some chic outfits! Love her style. You know how much I love the cute clothes for photos!

Thanks for being so fabulous, Grace! I’m so glad we met – I feel like I made a new friend. ;)

Grace is a student here at Auburn University (War Eagle!) who called me in need of some photographs of herself for her assignment to create a website/online resume. We hit it off right away, and after several phone consultations, by the time we met in person, I felt like we were old friends. She rocked this shoot in every way and made my job easy! Does she remind anyone else of Emily Maynard of the Bachelorette? Gorgeous!

Southern Bridal Faire Fashion Show

I was thrilled when Aubrie Lemon Moates asked me to be the event photographer for the Southern Bridal Faire, a project that she and Evan Cooper have worked so hard on and that turned out to be absolutely fabulous! I loved taking pictures of all the vendors booths – so many beautiful things all in one place! The thing I enjoyed the most was the fashion show – I had so much fun shooting this. Every time I look at these images I just fall in love with this couple all over again. I was downright giddy at their wedding because their love for each other is infectious! They were obviously so excited and happy and full of joy – it was a beautiful thing to be a part of, and I feel honored to have gotten to share in this celebration with them and document it for them. You can tell from the images that they are beautiful people on the outside, but I can say without a doubt that they are just as beautiful on the inside. Thank you, Dariah & Isaac, for trusting me to capture your special day. I wish you all the best – I just know you will have a lifetime of love and happiness together! XOXO
